Alsea Falls is a very popular hiking and mountain biking recreation area, because it is the perfect place to go in the late fall, winter and early spring, when the weather isn't the best.
The parking area is not hard to find because there are multiple signs that lead you to the recreation area from the main highways.
The wonderful thing about Alsea Falls Recreation Area, is that there are many trails and you can hike as long or as short as you want to. This is also a great area to do some family camping, picnicking, fishing, and swimming in the summer months.
